Job Description
Fellow Software Engineer-Eng (Agentic AI Architecture & Engineering) position at UKG, responsible for defining and leading UKG's enterprise-wide Agentic AI strategy, partnering with customers and sales teams, and shaping AI-driven value propositions. The ideal candidate has a PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field, and 15+ years of experience in software development and AI, with expertise in architecting and deploying large-scale AI/ML systems in production environments.
Requirements
- Define and drive UKG's enterprise-wide Agentic AI strategy
- Engage directly with strategic customers, sales teams, and solution consultants
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Security, and Legal teams
- Provide hands-on architectural leadership
- Stay at the forefront of Agentic AI advancements
- Define and champion governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems
