UKG is seeking a highly motivated sales professional as a Strategic Development Manager who will be responsible for net-new logo sales in the mid-market space. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions and will be responsible for consistently exceeding sales quotas, presenting HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory, and developing and maintaining a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.
