Job Description
UKG is hiring a Software Engineer III- Eng with strong Java skills to build and run cloud-native services and AI-enabled capabilities across the product stack.
Requirements
- 3–6 years software engineering experience with strong Core Java (Java 11+ preferred)
- Experience with Spring/Spring Boot and building RESTful services
- Strong fundamentals: data structures, OOP, design patterns, debugging, performance tuning basics
- Working knowledge of SQL (and schema/design); NoSQL exposure is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or Azure), IAM/security basics, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with automated testing (JUnit, integration tests) and Git-based workflows
