Sr Solution Consultant

Requirements

• Conduct workshops with senior members of customer organizations to drive requirement assessments
• Architect comprehensive solutions that integrate UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) with third-party products
• Design and implement customizations and integrations to meet specific client needs
• Provide guidance and support during the testing phase, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Foster strong relationships with client Project teams, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members on advanced modules and solutioning aspects
• Travel up to 25% may be required to meet with clients and support project implementations
