Staff Software Engineer- Eng

We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer-Eng to join our team in Noida, India. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for driving technical strategy and vision for major projects, leading cross-functional teams, and architecting complex software systems. You will have the opportunity to impact the achievement of area/group objectives and develop team policies, procedures, and techniques. You will also be responsible for ensuring the health and quality of services and incidents, and advocating for best quality practices. You will work closely with architects on mid-level and high-level design, and collaborate with product management on requirements. You will also provide technical mentorship and guidance, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and 8+ years of professional software development experience. You will also have a deep expertise in.NET Technologies, and experience with software architecture and design patterns, including the ability to design and implement scalable, reliable systems in a DevOps model. You will be proficient in building telemetry or observability as part of the development process, and have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You will also have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive technical decisions across the organization.
