Staff Software Engineer- Eng

UKG is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and evolution of our data platform and event-driven systems. As a senior individual contributor, you will provide technical direction, system design, and long-term platform health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java or.NET
• Extensive experience designing and building distributed systems or data platforms
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data relationships, and data lifecycle management
• Experience working in Agile development environments
