The company is seeking an Intern Client Operations Coordinator to directly assist clients with their requests and help create new processes to optimize their way of working.

Requirements

• Manage the entire customer experience, from check-in to check-out, including all communications and problem resolution;
• Coordinate maintenance specialists for daily tasks to be performed in occupied units;
• Manage and coordinate third-party service providers;
• Update the PMS (Property Management System) with all incidents and key client information;
• Perform additional sales (Cross Sell) of services;
• Record and track each service request on the platform.
