Job Description
UL Solutions is seeking a Power Electronics Test Engineer to join their expanding Madrid team in the Energy and Industrial Automation (E&IA) division. The role involves testing and certifying power electronics converters in collaboration with international customers, ensuring compliance with national and international standards, and supporting market readiness and risk mitigation for renewable energy projects. The company is a 131-year global entity dedicated to testing and certifying product safety.
Requirements
- Planning and executing product tests on power electronics converters in collaboration with an international customer.
- Verifying the compliance of power converters against international standards (VDE4120, NTS SEPE, CEI 0-16).
- Reviewing test and simulation reports.
- Occasionally overseeing/conducting tests in internal and external labs.
