Job Description
Senior Project Engineer position responsible for managing project schedules, determining project scope, and performing sample testing and measurements at UL's laboratories.
Requirements
- Enhance and advance a zero-incident safety culture and behavior
- Manage project schedules to ensure all the projects are properly processed
- Determine project scope, develop a preliminary plan of investigation, and determine project specifications
- Perform sample testing and measurements at UL’s laboratories
- Communicate with clients and laboratories to discuss technical issues
- Maintain daily work records with accuracy and integrity
- Develop UL requirements for testing products beyond the scope of existing standards
- Coordinate and/or perform File Reviews
- Represent UL on technical committees and/or industry-related functions
- Train and guide other engineers to build competency in MV/HV cable qualification
