Requirements
- Identify and pursue prospective customers through various lead generation activities
- Meet with prospects to understand their decision-making process, purchasing authority, and specific needs
- Develop new business opportunities and support the expansion of our services to new clients
- Conduct negotiations and deliver presentations to high-potential prospects
- Manage the entire sales cycle through to closing, including value proposition development, handling objections, and preparing quotations
- Enhance customer satisfaction, expand partnerships, and maintain customer loyalty
- Utilize CRM software to monitor and manage sales activities and track the progress of each opportunity in real time
- Engage in negotiations with overseas product and service departments, share service-related information with customers, and maintain accurate and effective communication throughout the process
