Ulbrich is seeking a Territory Manager to expand the customer base with strategic sales strategies for all Ulbrich products.

Requirements

Achieve and exceed forecast sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis;
Position the company and its product capabilities with existing and potential customers;
Expand customer base and develop effective business relationships to achieve sales forecast requirements and to facilitate repeat business;
Make daily sales calls within territory;
Represent the Company at designated trade shows;
Manage all elements of the assigned South Central territory (Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas);
Keep abreast of current industry and market conditions, buying trends and competitors in order to effectively recommend and take advantage of sales and marketing opportunities;
Interact effectively with Materials, Manufacturing and other sales personnel within the Company to ensure a coordinated sales effort;
Comply with all ISO related processes and procedures as they relate to the position and;
Participate in scheduled company sales meetings/activities and training initiatives as scheduled.
