Assistant Facilities Manager will oversee several teams with a hands-on approach to inspections and maintenance, ensuring the facility is one employees are proud to work in. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, assigning duties, inspecting buildings and sites, and maintaining records.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), landscaping, HVAC and electrical systems
• Ability to work after-hours and weekend on-call services as needed
