As a sales trainer with Uline at our Monterrey branch, use your knowledge to ensure our sales staff have all the necessary tools and training to hit the ground running.

Requirements

• Take ownership for the ongoing development of every sales representative
• Provide leadership and facilitation of all onboarding-related sales training programs for new hires including interns
• Ensure Uline culture, best practices and procedures are displayed on a daily basis
