Job Description

They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Linux Systems Engineer to join their Computing Team, focusing on optimizing performance and building scalable systems in a high-throughput computing environment. Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance Linux systems supporting compute and data-intensive workloads
- Optimize system performance through kernel and filesystem tuning
- Automate provisioning and configuration management using orchestration tools
- Monitor and troubleshoot kernel, driver, and hardware issues
- Maintain accurate system documentation and configuration baselines
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and scientific teams
- Experience with latest CPU and GPU technologies
- Proficiency in shell scripting (bash), working knowledge of Python, and familiarity with Ansible or similar configuration management tools
