Ultimum Limited is a fast-growing alcoholic & non-alcoholic Beverages manufacturing company. The Plant Training Coordinator will drive capability building of the plant workforce to support business performance by maintaining skill matrices and identifying upskilling opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Food Science or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a production role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in production management software and tools
• Understanding of quality control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in the beverage industry
