Job Description
Review of journal entries, quarterly and annual reporting packages, capital calls, and distributions; coordinate delivery of notices to clients; review correspondence with client investors; prepare and review complex financial calculations; assist with new client onboarding.
Requirements
- Review of journal entries and maintenance of general ledger
- Review of quarterly and annual financial statements
- Review of capital calls and distributions
- Coordination of delivery of capital call and distributions notices to clients
- Review of correspondence with client investors
- Communication with clients to establish deadlines for quarterly and annual deliverables
- Review of team wires/transfers prior to treasury approval
- Preparation and review of complex financial calculations
- Assistance with new client onboarding
