Full Time Faculty -Assistant or Associate Professor of Social Work (Grant Funded)

The School of Health & Behavioral Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Global invites applications for a dynamic, mission-driven faculty member to join our fully remote academic community as a Full-Time Assistant or Associate Professor of Social Work. The successful candidate will engage in curriculum development, service, mentoring, teaching, and other professional contributions that support the mission of the University.

Requirements

• Earned Doctorate (PhD, DSW, or closely related field) in Social Work or a related discipline from an accredited institution
• Master of Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE accredited program
• Minimum of two (2) years of post-MSW professional practice experience in social work
• Experience teaching in higher education, preferably in online asynchronous modalities
• Commitment to student-centered teaching and supporting a diverse adult learner population
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and delivering current, market-relevant, and engaging curriculum, assessments, and learning activities in an online-first LMS
• Experience applying data-informed approaches to enhance student success and retention
