Job Description
The clinical pharmacist provides comprehensive medication management services, including patient/staff education and research, to improve patient experience, safety, and clinical and financial outcomes. This role is responsible for performing medication reviews, documenting medication-related issues, and providing drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree; OR Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BSPharm) degree with 3 years hospital experience
- Licensure with the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy
- ASHP Accredited Residency in Pharmacy Practice (PGY1) is recommended
