Job Description
UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide comprehensive medication management services in a collaborative manner. The clinical pharmacist will be responsible for improving patient outcomes, safety, and achieving positive clinical and financial outcomes. This is a per diem position with a flexible schedule.
