Mammographer, MRMC - 32 hours Days

This position performs Mammography and related clerical service duties, operates Mammography Equipment, and records all pertinent breast history from patients. Under general supervision, the Mammographer adheres to established departmental policies and procedures, and safety control, accurately documenting work in the HIS/RIS/PACS and PEN RAD systems. The ideal candidate will have Registration in both Diagnostic Radiology and Mammography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and be licensed by the State of Massachusetts as a mammography technologist.

Requirements

• Registration in both Diagnostic Radiology and Mammography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Licensed by the State of Massachusetts as a mammography technologist
• BLS healthcare provider required before completion of 90 day probationary period
• Level of knowledge equivalent to an Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology
• Prior experience in the field (preferred)
