Job Description
UMass Memorial Health is seeking a Speech/Language Pathologist to provide per diem services. The successful candidate will evaluate patients, determine communication and/or swallowing disorders, and provide rehabilitation to restore functions. The role involves working with children and adults, conducting diagnostic evaluations, and developing treatment protocols.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech Pathology
- Current MA Speech Pathology license
- Member of ASHA (American Speech Hearing Association)
- Certificate of clinical competence
- Effective verbal and written communication skill
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with all members of the healthcare team
- Experience in dysphagia
