Branch Manager II

UMB is seeking a Branch Manager II to oversee the operational aspects of a branch with complex operations, large balance sheets, and a greater span of responsibility. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of leadership experience, 3+ years of banking/financial services experience, and NMLS registration. The role involves coaching associates, assisting with complex account maintenance, and resolving customer escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or comparable college and/or business experience
• 3 years leadership, associate development or sales experience
• 3+ years of banking/financial services experience
• NMLS registration or will obtain within 90 days
• Reliable transportation and ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
