The IT Business Systems Support β Loans team provides business and technical support across numerous lending solutions. As the Business Systems Analyst, you will partner with business unit stakeholders and technical staff to identify business systems solutions for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
- Strong customer service attitude with an ambition to obtain high levels of customer service
- Clear oral, written, interpersonal communication skills, expressing moderately complex technical concepts in business terms
- Ability to identify where precedents and procedures may not exist
- Working knowledge of best practice testing techniques and procedures
