As the Commercial Implementation Specialist, you will lead and coordinate all aspects of the project life cycle, onboarding Treasury Management services for new clients, and managing client documentation and training. You will work with internal areas/departments to ensure services are onboarded properly and provide consultation for TMO and their clients in the program design and implementation process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years proven program implementation or service experience
- Project management experience
- In-depth understanding of customer-facing internet-based applications
- Great understanding of commercial treasury products
- Working knowledge and understanding of implementation, servicing, and operational processes
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
- Knowledge and understanding of Web-based Treasury applications
- Knowledge and understanding of Cash Management products
