As an Interiors Architect/Project Manager, you will provide project management & construction administration support for assigned projects; including but not limited to multimillion dollar new branch builds, facility enhancements, renovations, remodels, and relocations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Project Management, or related fields
- At least 3 years Construction or Properties Project Management experience
- Experience in AutoCAD & Revit
- Advanced knowledge and skills in using the Microsoft Suite Office software
- Working knowledge of PPM Software
- Ability to analyze and summarize financial accruals
- Ability to create forecasts and budgets
- Advanced level of design techniques, models, & strategic planning concepts
- Understanding & working knowledge of construction
- Understanding & working knowledge of building codes
