Personal Bankers at UMB build customer relationships and recommend and sell products and services to help customers secure their financial well-being.

Requirements

• Thrive in a high-energy, sales-driven team
• Use expert product knowledge and conversation skills to build upon customers' needs
• Communicate effectively and project a positive image
• Demonstrate attention to detail and solve problems
• Have a HS Diploma or equivalent and one year of experience in a retail environment
• Have reliable transportation and ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Be able to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days
