Personal Bankers at UMB build customer relationships and recommend products and services to help customers secure their financial well-being while making banking easy. They use product knowledge and every interaction to identify needs and offer financial solutions.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a retail environment engaging with customers and making product recommendations
• Reliable transportation and ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days
