Job Description
The IT Application Analyst is responsible for providing support for Epic and 3rd party applications used by supported departments, including application implementation, support, maintenance, and optimization. This role requires collaboration with IT teams and end users to ensure a cohesive, integrated product offering.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's highly recommended)
- Experience with Epic EHR preferred (MyChart)
- Certification in the assigned (1) Epic Application is required within six (6) months of hire and within two (2) attempts
