Job Description
The Ultrasongrapher performs diagnostic sonography procedures, assists in scheduling patients, and assists physicians in performance of other examinations.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Sonography
- +1 year of hospital or clinic experience in ultrasound
- BLS Certified
- Registry within the first 12 months of hire
- Knowledge of GE equipment
- Knowledge of PACS system
- Ability to follow guidelines set forth by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine
- Ability to work rotating work schedules
