Customer Service & Logistics Specialist – International Logistics Centre

As a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist, you will coordinate international customer orders and logistics activities, ensuring smooth operational execution, accurate system data, and reliable communication with customers, warehouse teams, and transport partners. This role directly supports on-time deliveries and high service quality across international projects.

Requirements

• Process and manage internal customer orders
• Update and maintain accurate customer data in the system
• Handle warehouse and accounting documentation for active projects
• Coordinate international customer service activities for ongoing projects
• Plan transportation based on incoming orders and liaise with transport companies
• Communicate proactively with warehouse teams
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Experience with Microsoft AX is a plus
• Very good command of English
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Accuracy, reliability, and accountability
• Experience in an international work environment
