Requirements
- Degree in real estate economics, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
- 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, transactions, or project development
- Strong experience in governance, stakeholder management, and negotiations at senior level
- Proven track record in building and leading teams
- Experience in transformation and digitalization initiatives
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel internationally
