Shape the future of our HR systems by supporting the transition from SAP HCM to SAP S/4HANA and harmonizing global HR processes.
Requirements
- Design and implement future-ready HR processes in S/4HANA.
- Lead data migration and interface design between legacy and cloud systems.
- Collaborate with HR and IT to streamline and standardize processes.
- Support governance and change management initiatives.
- Be open to learn other HR Solutions (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters) and contributing to broader transformation efforts.
