Doka USA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to support revenue generation, territory growth strategy implementation, sales personnel development, and overall price-quality performance in the Western Region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a sales role within the construction, formwork, or shoring industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
- Solid understanding of formwork and shoring systems, engineering principles, and construction processes
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software
