Facility Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Facility Manager to oversee the operation of our buildings and infrastructure in accordance with permits and regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing construction and infrastructure projects, advising business units on legal issues, and ensuring the technical availability of buildings and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Completed technical studies in the field of facility management or technical building equipment
• 5-7 years of professional experience in facility management, building technology, or project management
• Knowledge of construction law is an asset
• Safe handling of SAP/ARIBA and MS Office
• Strong communication skills, team orientation, and persuasive ability
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
