Vice President, Analytical Development

Umoja Biopharma is seeking a Vice President of Analytical Development to provide technical, operational, and strategic leadership for the company's analytical development organization. The ideal candidate will have deep regulatory experience, strong people leadership, and a proven ability to scale analytical organizations in fast-paced biotech environments.

Requirements

• Strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Analytical Development and Process Analytics teams
• Definition and execution of Umoja's overarching analytical strategy
• Leadership of laboratory systems and workflows, including high-throughput and automated testing strategies
• Authoring and accountability for analytical sections of regulatory submissions
• Cross-functional leadership and partnership with Research, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory teams
