Job Description
At Umpisa Inc., we're looking for a proactive and highly organized PMO Analyst to support our CDD department. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and experience in project management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of full-time experience as a Project Manager in financial services, banking, or insurance.
- Proven experience managing PMO functions in enterprise-level programs.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative Waterfall.
- Strong knowledge of MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
