Finance and Client Technology Coordinator

The University of Maine School of Law is seeking a Finance and Client Technology Coordinator to support the efficient and effective operation of the Law School’s clinical programs. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, exceptional capacity for prioritization and task management, and financial acumen.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, plus 2-4 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting
• Comprehensive computer skills, including database software, Microsoft Office Suite, and G-Suite
• Experience with grant management and budgeting is preferred
• Proficiency in legal case management (e.g., Legal Server) and financial software (e.g., Concur) is preferred
