Job Description
The Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Maine invites applications for a non-tenure-track Assistant Professor or Lecturer position. The successful candidate will teach fundamental and applied courses at the undergraduate level, with potential opportunities to contribute to graduate instruction as appropriate. Relevant industry experience is viewed favorably but is not required.
Requirements
- Applicants must hold B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline by the hire date to qualify for the non-tenure track Assistant Professor position.
- Applicants must hold B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline by the hire date to qualify for the Lecturer position.
- Applicants must be US persons or currently reside in the US and hold valid immigration status.
