Job Description
Tanglewood 4-H Learning Center is seeking a full-time Outdoor Educator to lead and support environmental and outdoor learning programs for youth. This role involves teaching, adventure, and teamwork in a supportive outdoor setting, offering real-world experience and building leadership skills. The position involves both Spring and Summer programs, with a full-year commitment to the program.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid US driver’s license and eligibility for university driver status
- Basic First Aid/CPR certification
- Wilderness First Aid (WFA) or First Responder (WFR) Certification (preferred)
- Experience facilitating team-building initiatives
- Responsible and safe decision-making skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
