Facilities & Logistics Consultant

The Facilities and Logistics Consultant will be responsible for the seamless execution of complex global projects, ensuring compliance with UN Women's rules, regulations, and procurement policies. The consultant will oversee office furniture delivery and installation, manage facilities-related operations, and provide protocol support for staff and visitors.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary education is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce or Equivalent is an asset.
• At least 7 years of work experience in project management logistics and administration.
• Experience in usage of ERP systems, office software and cloud packages (SharePoint MS, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) is required.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Knowledge of any other UN official language is an asset.
