UN Women's Programme Analyst (Private Sector) position seeks a highly qualified candidate to contribute to the effective management and implementation of the Surging Women's Employment Initiative in Egypt. The position will focus on increasing decent employment opportunities for women through improving gender-responsive workplaces and transformative partnerships with the private sector. Key responsibilities include private sector engagement, partnership development, and monitoring and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of women's economic empowerment, private sector partnership for gender equality, and the Arab Region. A Master's degree in economics, sustainable development, social sciences, or a relevant field is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programmes/projects in women's economic empowerment and private sector. Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with knowledge of another official UN language (French) desirable.
