Job Description
UN Women is seeking a Monitoring and Reporting Analyst to support the Nepal Country Office in incorporating monitoring and reporting into programme formulation and tracking against Strategic Plan targets. The incumbent will facilitate and substantively contribute to the development of monitoring indicators, monitoring workplan, and field monitoring plans, and contribute to the monitoring and tracking of results against country/ regional level targets and UN Women Strategic Plan.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Political or Social Science, Economics, International Development Studies, Project Management, Gender/Women Studies
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience in monitoring and evaluation of development projects/ programmes
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and spreadsheet and database packages
- Fluency in English is required, fluency in local language is required, knowledge of another official UN language is desirable
