Job Description
The Consultant will assist the implementation of Gender Action Lab programme in Indonesia, supporting the Women’s Economic Empowerment programme of UN Women.
Requirements
- Support the implementation of the WEPs Awards Indonesia 2026
- Contribute to the scoring process and liaise with judges to ensure the judging process runs according to UN Women's expectations/standards
- Ensure a deeper due diligence process for all shortlisted applications
- Plan and implement the National WEPs Awards Ceremony in Indonesia
- Work closely with the UN Women Indonesia Communication Unit to ensure visibility and awareness regarding implementing the WEPs Awards 2026
- Prepare a final report about the overall implementation of the 2026 WEPs Awards in Indonesia
- Facilitate the registration and onboarding process for WEPs Corporate Action Lab Indonesia participants
- Deliver training and capacity-building sessions to private sector partners involved in WEPs Corporate Action Lab and other WEPs-related initiative
- Support the development of strategy documents, proposals, briefs, and other documents related to the WEPs Corporate Action Lab in Indonesia
- Provide support in the development and management of UN Women’s partnership in Indonesia in the context of women’s economic empowerment (WEE)
- Support the WEE Programme on building and maintaining partnerships and positioning with private sector
- Prepare background documents and analysis for the WEE Programme to forge and implement strategic partnerships
