Job Description
VAWG Psychological Support Capacity Building Specialist is responsible for strengthening technical and professional capacities of service providers working with survivors of violence, through the development of standards, tools, and practical guidance, as well as targeted training, mentoring, and capacity building of service providers.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, or other related mental health fields is required.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in providing or coordinating psychological support, counselling, or trauma-informed services for VAWG survivors.
- Excellent verbal communication, facilitation, and moderation skills for training, workshops, and stakeholder consultations.
