Job Description
The Care Coordinator Bell County will implement Unbound Now's care coordination program, facilitating regional consensus-building and protocol development to support youth survivors of sex trafficking.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field
- Experience working with youth who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation
- Experience working collaboratively with regional partner agencies
- Proficient in facilitating awareness presentations and training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
