Requirements

• Analyzing processes that affect the overall production of dairy products
• Spotting faults in process control systems and providing recommendations for improvements
• Providing technical assistance in scaling up equipment and processes
• Developing and maintaining technical project timelines
• Providing day-to-day plant automation support
• Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes
• Supporting systems documentation including electrical, and process & instrumentation diagrams
• Assisting with preparing standardized procedures for operating plants
• Assisting with support of MES/OEE and Data Historian systems
• Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production
• Staying abreast of the latest developments in process control engineering
• Assisting with training maintenance and supervisory personnel
• Suggesting improvements in the current processes
