Join a team that nourishes life from farm to table! Upstate Niagara Cooperative is seeking a Director, Milk Balancing and Fluid Plant Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership for our four fluid milk plants and milk balancing operations.
Requirements
- Lead operational performance across all fluid plants and milk balancing operations
- Develop and manage operating budgets
- Champion a robust quality assurance culture
- Optimize manufacturing operations
- Drive milk balancing strategies
- Mentor and develop plant managers
- Oversee capital projects
- Analyze operational KPIs
- Ensure full regulatory compliance
- Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, and Finance
- Lead labor relations strategies and contract negotiations
- Champion safety culture initiatives
- Identify and integrate innovative technologies and automation opportunities
