Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform repairs and preventive maintenance on dairy processing and packaging equipment. Our company is committed to honoring the tireless effort and care of our farmer-owners and working together to nourish our friends, neighbors, nation, and even the world with healthy and delicious dairy products.
Requirements
- Follow all Company Safety Policies
- Troubleshoot electrical systems to component level
- Monitor plant systems to ensure proper operation
- Make any repairs necessary to minimize production downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Complete documentation of work completed
- HACCP Training
- Lockout/ Tag out Policy
- Confined Space Entry Protocol
- Annual HTST, Culture, and Blending Training
- Properly complete all records
- Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times
