Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year College or University, or one to two years related experience and/or training
• Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience, with proven ability in planning, organizing, motivation, controlling and leadership
• Dairy and/or food processing knowledge, especially Mixing & Blending, Retort operations, automatic packaging, mechanics of systems and equipment and sanitation and safety
