Director of Product, Credit & Underwriting

We are looking for a Director of Product to own the credit and risk product vision across the full customer lifecycle. The ideal candidate has deep experience in product management for credit or lending platforms and is comfortable with SQL, Data Science teams, and decision engines. They must thrive in high-growth environments and be able to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Deep experience in product management for credit or lending platforms
• Hands-on exposure to automated decisioning systems processing high application volumes
• Ability to interrogate portfolio data independently and work closely with Data Science teams
• Experience with at least one decision engine or credit automation platform
• Understanding of credit products and the tension between moving fast and managing risk in regulated financial services
